We’re here to help you and make sure you can use your new Spiegelau glassware and take your enjoyment of your favourite drinks to the next level.

So that we can help you…
1. Let us know if your glassware turns up damaged or in a few too many pieces. Flick us a picture on email, within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
2. If the glassware wasn’t what you’d expected, let us know within 7 days. We’d be happy to replace it for something you would prefer or organise a refund.
3. If you have any questions, email us on support@thespiegelaustore.co.nz. We’ll get back to you within 12 hours.
